TRAINEE NETWORK ENGINEER

Pls i need help urgently to get experience in networking.I have my ccna,but no experience.If someone can tell me how to go about it and helping
me with a contact in sydney,where i can work as trainee in the IT field(networking,security).

Before the job interview learn subnetting

Nothing will impress them more because it makes an immediate statement on your "network IQ"

On the job training

It all depends on how you are financially of course, I was lucky and I was able to offer my services free for a whle in return for free training. So I got a list of IT companies from the yellow pages and sent them all a letter offering to work for nothing. It worked a treat and I got to choose who to work for. Some of them even offered my a job just on the strength of the academic training I was doing. Now I am self employed and doing rather well....
