I have recently designed a training needs analysis for Windows Apps for use within our company. It is basically a questionnaire where users rate their expertise on certain tasks. My boss wants me to use this to test the ability of staff across our company (150 people).
I am new in this role and am unsure about the best way to use the results of this assessment to form the basis of a IT training strategy. I know this is open-ended but does anyone have suggestions on where to start?
