Question for all you trainers and instructional designers out there. We’ve seen the explosion of Web-based training during these last few months (better part of a year).
What’s on the radar? What has helped you make better on-line and CD-ROM based training modules? Have you been able to migrate your in-class delivery techniques to the on-screen module?
