How do you put a training network back to its original configuration after a class?

I'm assuming that you're talking about the software on the student and instructor PC's? Take an image of the boxes before the class, and then when the class is over, send the original images back to the machines. Two products that may be used are Ghost, a symantec product, and Imagecast, by storagesoft. We use the Imagecast product in our training center and it works well for us.
Check them out; highly recommended if you'll be doing a lot of training.

I recommend you Norton Ghost.
Very easy to make an image, and much easier to restore. You can choose restore from many images files located on a local or remote drives.
For local images: You should have a second drive or partition with space enought to hold all the files in c: drive.

Good luck
