Does anyone have any information as to which transfer encoding method is the standard/more widely accepted for Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese email body? What are the pros/cons of encoding in base64 vs 8bit? Does anyone have alist of which email client readers (ie Yahoo, Outlook, etc) utilizes which method?
