Transfer Favorites IE 5.0 to Netscape

Need to transfer a large amount (800+) IE 5.0 favorites to Netscape on same machine. Have tried direct transfer, downloading to disk and re-install/ adding to favorites in netscape, and transport options to no avail. Your help is requested
