I am in need of software or instructions on something that I am not sure is possible. There is software called ACT!. It will automatically move files that are sent or recieved in outlook to a seperate folder on the hard drive. I need something that will put the attachments of an email into a specified folder. If it could create the folder or prompt to create the folder as it was sent or received, that would be even better. I recieve about 200-300 emails a day and I send about 100 a day. Instead of printing every email and attachment and then filing them, I need some way for this to happen on the computer for me.
