When i try to connect to the internet through a dial-up connection via my internal modem i get the blue screen of death.With the error trap_cause_unknown i am using a compaq with vista basic with a creative sound card.I have contacted hp we kept trying to connect like 30 times with the same result so in other words it was a waste of time.But i am able to connect through my laptop’s modem.So if anyone knows what this error is and can help me fix it please drop me a line.Thanks.
