I have 4 sites running Nw51 connected via frame routers (IP only). IPX is run locally at each site, but not routed over the frame.
Each site was in its own tree. We tried merging 2 sites so far, but dsmerge failed with 626 error (all referrals failed).
Blowing away nds and re-installing DID work, but ofcourse we had to re-create the objects – not a big deal for these 2 small sites.
Can trees be merged over routed IP only? How?
Before we attempt to merge the 3rd, bigger site I’m hoping to find out a definite answer on this.
