    Trouble Call Frequency Matrix

    I will soon begin supporting a large group of users with a full range of expertise, every flavor of MS Windows, and hardware platforms from 386 (no kidding) up.
    Does anyone have a “Frequency of Problems/Trouble Call” matrix.

      I don’t know of one indexed matrix that shows everything as each client environment is very different.

      Can your help desk tracking software’s report assist you in creating an index specific to your client’s environment?

      If not, that would be the FIRST thing that I sought to change. When you can’t track it, you can’t prove it.

      It depends on what software you plan on using for problem tracking.

      If you don’t have Help Desk software ( or the $$ to purchase ), you can design your own with Excel, Access, MySQL etc. or find some on the net.
