I have a PC (Windows 2000) set up to share it’s wireless internet connection with another PC I have which is a dual boot WinXP Pro/Linux machine. When I attempt to access the internet from the dual boot machine, it seems the only website I can get to is Google. This is very puzzling to me. If I can get to one site, shouldn’t I be able to get to ALL sites? I can search and everything but if I click on a link the PC (whether booted to windows or Linux) will sit and chew on the request indefinitly. If I manually type in a website say MSN weather.com etc. same result. What gives???
