Trouble with NSW2000 pro

My problem is with the whole program NSW2000 pro. It will not load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I also scandisk and scan for viruses and it’s telling me that everything is cool. I also found in techrepublic that i prolly have w32.A.Goner@mm or something like that and did exactly what it says i should do and still no luck. I also found that REGEDIT will not run. So please … help
