troubles with ide controllers after dele

i had troubles in the device-manager showing cd-rom-burner 8x. there was nero imagedrive. i was told to disconnect the cables and delete the controllers. now i have no cd-rom-drive anymore and have a warning on the first and second ide controller.
cd-r/rw-drive not yet reconnected.
i have win95b and the actuel hd.
with other drives(winme) everything is ok. they do not have nero imagedrive.
the problem occured when i changed the drive which i only use on one pc.
