In outlook I followed the steps in the help index and got this message when I tried to send my contacts to Word using mail merge. “The program for the attatchment may not have been installed properly or may have been removed or deleted. Reinstall the program in which the attatchment was created”. I have reinstalled several times to no avail. When I install office I select full installation (run all from my computer) All systems on my metwork do the same thing. We use windows 2000. Can anyone help?
