tsiusb.vxd File

I have a computer running windows 98se the prob that i’m having is that when i boot the computer to windows, first i get a message

“Cannot find a device file that may be needed to run windows or windows application. The windows registry or system.ini file refers to this device file, but the device file no longer exist.”

i can press any key and it will let me log to windows but is annoying to do that every time i’m booting the computer.. I try to delete the entry on the registry and still same mess appears.. and there is nothing on the system.ini Any help will be apreciate. Thanks
