Tunnel or SSL Forbidden

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Description: 1138 is not an allowed port for Tunnel or SSL connections
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the message I get when I try to logon to a secure site for Commerce Online. As far as I know my incription is up to date unless something is currupted. I have reinstalled the incription more than once just in case but it didn't help. This only happens to me on this computer. Commerce Online Tech support has not been able to offer any new insight. Of course Microsoft wants to charge me a lot of money for there help. So if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks Alot
David

Tunnel or SSL Forbidden

I have a couple of questions for you first:

1. Is this on a server or workstation?
2. Are you tunneling through a router?
3. Is IP enabled on your SSL connection?
4. What Service pack are you on?
5. What kind of event errors are you getting in Event viewer?

If you are not sure about any of these questions then feel free to ask how to check something and I'll let you know.
