Try this at the server console:
SET VOLUME LOW WARN ALL USERS = OFF

type a simple SET VOLUME LOW WARN ALL USERS = OFF at the server console and you're on!

But remember ...
When your server Hangs due to a lack of space in volume X, it may be quite difficult to bring it back .

The mentioned settings will only block a specific kind of message, but you can do other things:

send /a=c will show only messages from the server (like your Diskspace message)
send /a=n will show no message sent to workstations at all.

Using a # or a @ you can add these to a login script, but I would advise that the sysadmin does see the system messages, they do have a purpose. But I agree they can be bl**dy annoying for "simple" users.
