Turn Off bubble Help?

Anybody know how to turn off that terrible buble help on the task bar, such as:
New programs installed - that covers the logoff, or You have unused icons on your desktop.

who needs that junk, i want it off if possible.

1. Open Group Policy, then load the group policy you want to apply the change to.

Note: On a computer that is not a part of a domain you can set this feature locally
by running GPEDIT.MSC from the Run command (only on XP Pro).

2. Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu & Taskbar
3. Double-click Remove Balloon Tips on Start Menu Items and select Enabled.
4. Ok all the way out.
Or down load TweakUi for XP it will let you do a ton of things.

Try this; Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced. Modify or create, "EnableBalloonTips" and set the Value to 0. To restore set the Value to 1

Both good answers, thank you. as sson as i have the oppotunity to Accept them i will. right now there seems to be something wrong with th forum as i don't have that ability. Even after logging out and back in??
