Turning off Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows Vista Ultimate x64

I know that when you have a driver installed that is not WHQL certified that Vista does not like it. To the point that you have to press F8 and disable the enforcement just to get Vista to boot. Of course then it will boot but you cannot use the device.

The question I have is how in the world do you disable this so that you can used your devices that will install but want to use a beta driver to do so.

I have a SATA drive that I want to use and Vista will not let me. 400GB or space is really something that goes missing when you dont have it.

Any Ideas?
