Turning off Error messages with XP???

Was wondering if there is any way or registry edit to turn off the program error messages that appear when a program crashes “and must be closed…” …. and that asks if you would like to send the results to Microsoft to be analyzed or not….. I would like to have it default to not send ANY program crashes to MS … and not pop up this notification ….. Thanks to all …..
