After loading Office 2000 Premium and rebooting the File Optimizer screen comes up giving a four second option to cancel. the problem that I have is that if the File Optimizer process is allow to complete, the system hangs and or freezes. The start up proceedure is stopped. Can File Optimizer be de-activated? I have seem to fail to find any settings for File Optimizer during or after office 2000 installation.
