For IE,

Tools,
Internet Options,
Click on the Content tab,
Click on the Auto-Complete button,

A window will open with various options for the auto-complete function.
You can disable various functions, and clear the forms or passwords.

If you want to change how auto-complete handles passwords for specific web sites, you need to delete the cookies for that site.

This is only to turn of password prompts and to clear passwords automatically completed on websites:

open a browser window, click on Tools, then Internet Options, then go to the Content tab, from there go to the AutoComplete button halfway down the window. You will have all the relevant options there. Clear current passwords, prompt to save passwords etc.

Hope this help
