Tweak Program Protection

I work on a Nwtware network, I am using Netware policy and Tweak program, but I want to secure tweak by any mean, a password or any other mean.
Any help

there isn't anyway i know of. you can configure it not to show in Control Panel. and just keep the cpl file on a floppy or something so you can get at it when you need it...might as well take out Add/Remove Programs while you are at it...best defense in win9x environment imho is disk imaging...

I am not too familiar with netware, but, if you are using NTFS you can assign file permissions to the cpl in system32. If it is a 9x environment, I have no idea
