I installed twaek UI and must have accidently unclicked a box . I no longer have access to control panel and it also does not appear when settings is selected. I also cannot not access tweak ui either or my cookies files. I get the following message”this operation haas been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer . Please contact your system administrator” I have a Dell 700cx desktop computer at home and I am using windows ME.
how do I undo tweak ui without having to reformatmy hard drive ?
