Tweaking the Network Client Administrato
My department uses Norton Ghost (it's great!) to "image" every new machine we roll out. However, I have only been able to map to the ghost share using netBEUI. Because netBEUI is not routable, I loose the flexibility to "ghost" a machine on a different subnet. I just learned how to make a network installation disk from the Server, but the list of NICs doesn't contain the card that we are using. I was told that it's possible to alter the Network Installation Disk so that I could make it fitour current NIC. Can someone help me out here. It would be great to be able to upgrade all our 95 PC's without having to move them or change their subnet.
