Please help me understand how Microsoft can create a tool that takes over my system like this. I downloaded Tweakui for 2000 and now I no longer have “authority” to access my own Control Panel, desktop settings, etc. Does anyone know how I can undo this situation. I would go into control panel and do the add remove and uninstall this stupid thing but I can’t get into it. Even when I go out to the system and look up the control panel file it will not let me in. Help?????
I also tryed removing the dont load option in regedit and that did not work.
