Two connection trough one ISA server with same default gateway

we have one isa server2003 and one internet connection through it and cliets are using it.Now we are decided to use another internet link.Can we use the same ISA server for the second one.If we can, please give me the requirements for the particular thing.Our opering system is win 2003 enterprise edition.
I want to make my both connection as ppp0e.
