I have a friend who says she has two separate copies of Microsoft’s Outlook on her PC. The second copy “just appeared” one day. Operating system is Windows 7. Before I visit her to troubleshoot, could an MS Office update have caused this? I do not know what the original version of Office is, but
but it came with her PC, which is several years old. Could an update put a second shortcut to Outlook on her desktop? I realize this is not much to go on, but if anyone has run into this before or has any ideas, I would welcome them!
