I am going to be moving into a new house with someone else, and unfortunately we both have at least a year to run on our current internet provider contracts. I’m with Virgin Media (fibre connection), and the other person is with BT.
Is there a sensible way to make use of the full bandwidth of both connections, preferably without too much extra outlay? I’m considering a cheap load balancing router, but I’m not sure that the BT modem will play nice (I don’t think it has a proper bridge mode!)
