Two Office 2000 Installations

What I need to do in order to delete two bad office intallations (in the same machine)?. I recently upgrade the OS from win 98 to w2k in my computer, when finished the w2k installer said that all ok, but the office installation doesn’t works. So, I try the add/remove option from OS and this option ask me about data1.msi file. I provide the path to this file but the program say something like this file was not valid. Then I ran regedit and I deleted all the Office registry. This action gave me the option to make other office installation but also doesn’t works. The question is: How to delete both office 2000 installations?
