UMAX Scanner 2000p

I have a UMAX 2000P scanner that I cannot get to operate under Windows 2000. The vendor says the hardware won’t work under W2K, yet it has worked fine until migrated to a different W2K pc. Didn’t get the complete driver moved and now cannot find one. The 610P driver seemed to work in the past, but cannot locate it. Can anyone help?
