Hi, all! My friend is experiencing the Klez virus attack on her company’s machines since last week. Done a lot of patching (IE), update latest virus signature and also reinstalled the Exchange server from the scratch (then restored the users mailbox), but yet problem still persist.
The antivirus provider couldn’t offer anything to rectify this. Emails will be generated on its own after the users get connected to the mail server. Anyone know the cause of it?? Removal tool has been used but couldn’t detect any Klez virus. Need your help urgently. Anyone???
