First of all typing everthing in Capitals is not good computer etiquette ie it is known as "swearing" or "anger".

A please and thanks also helps!

Make sure that your settings are allowing this type of access ie

Internet Options > Advanced Tab >check 'Use SSL 2.0' and 3.0, and some sites require TLS 1.0.

Check your security settings are no too high..

ie set to medium

Try Disabling the firewall and pop-up blocker if you still have trouble

IE --> tools --> internet options --> advanced and restore defaults

Clear all temp internet files and cookies

ps: Remember to also close and rate your answers

thank-you

In addition to the previous answer, you should also check your "Cipher Strength". You can do this by launching IE, click on 'Help', then 'About Internet Explorer'. If the cipher strength doesn't say "128 bit", you'll need to install IE 6.0 from www.microsoft.com

You could also save all the aggravation by going to www.mozilla.com and installing the Firefox browser. Both IE6 and Firefox by default handle secure sites with 128 bit encryption.

You do not tell us your location Christopher or your OS. If you are outside the US and the site you are trying to use has strong encryption, you will not be able to access it as only weak encryption is allowed for export to many countries outside the US. If you are in the US, or friendly countries (and the list changes so I can not tell you who they are), then you need to go to your browsers web page to locate their strong encryption browser.

Try to post more information and we may be able to help some more.

Go to the link below and follow the steps by the way they are presented. I just follow these steps when I encounter a similar problem just like yours and most of the time they are resolved by it. If everything fails, you might have to reinstall Windows.
