I am currently running Mandrake Linux 9.1. I have a 56K Performance Pro Modem by US Robotics, which is controller-based. The modem is recognized in the hardware section of Mandrake Control Center. However,when query the modem using the PKKK program, I get the message, “Unable to Open Modem.” Please help me correct this problem.
