Unable to boot up

I keep trying to start up my PC and it gives this error

Blue screen

any help?
cant even start in safe mode

I am having the same problem although it would be good to get some relevant information like what the **** are you trying to boot up??

I am trying to boot a Windows 2000 Server SP4 with 3 disk RAID 5. I get a 'unable to boot . . some other such M$ BS. I will let you know what I do to solve the problem.

Boot sector virus is the most likely cause.

For this situation I was able to bring the server back up by running the repair install.
