I Dell XP machine is infected with a hideous malware called Total Security, on feature is it blocks *.exe apps from starting.. I can startup machine and run apps in safe mode. I ran Macafee and windows defender, still the malware remains. Did look for files suggested by google search fixes, but I can not find them. I really need that desktop, Please Help.. Thanks
