Unable to connect to a Network Printer
I work at a school. One of the computers in the admin department ran a windows 10 update over the weekend. since then, i am unable to get this computer to connect to two network printers that has always been working fine. The other computers in the department are able to print except this one computer.
I have done everything to my knowledge from installing computer drivers, making sure file and print sharing is on. putting in the right IP addresses in the printer setup drivers for connection and so on. and am not seeing these two printers showing up on network devices either.
Does anyone on here have anymore ideas i can try?
