I have been working on creating Exchange mailbox but cannot. Whenever i try i get this error message- errorCode=”0x8007203a”>The server is not operational. Though all mails are going through but I just cant recreate user mailbox. I tried to Send a test email to the newly created user but I get “message undeliverable”. Can anyone help?
