A script was used to map network drive to move data on a scheduled basis.

after this runs it disconnects the drive but it still shows up as mapped with a Red X on it. i click on it and get unknown username or bad password. Password had to be changed due to security reasons. I want to disconnect the drive but i recieve Error of network connection could not be found. Drives will not unmap. I cannot reboot as this server is recording live Calls. Net use has been used and it does not work either. Please help all Drive letters are used and we cannnot transfer files and the Dbase if filling up.
