I have a strange problem on a machine running Windows 98 (first edition)and Internet Explorer 5.5.
When i try to download a program, i never get the “download file” window offering to execute or save the file. It seem to be a registery problem. Some associations may be missing or damaged.
This is not a problem like Getright download manager or others.
Anybody with the same problem and having solution?
