All servers are Windows 2003.
There are 2 Exchange 2003 SP2 servers.
Both servers are in the same domain.
All clients are Windows XP SP2 with Office 2003.
I am a Domain Admin.
I am currently migrating mailboxes from our old mail server to our new mail server. My mailbox is on the new server. With the old mail server I was able to add and view an additional mailbox to view in my Outlook. With my mailbox I am still able to view the mailboxes on the old server but mailboxes on the new server give me the following error while trying to expand in Outlook.
“Unable to expand the folder”
Other domain admins who are on the old mail server receive the following error while try to expand.
“Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location.”
I’m pretty sure it has to do with a permissions entry on the new mail server, but I just don’t know exactly where it is. Any help is appreciated.
