I have a computer that was being used by some non tech people and they had a crash. When trying to repair they went into the windows repair console and done the repair. Windows is working but now when we try to locate the original files they are missing but the hard drive being read by windows is stating the files are there. Is there a way to be able to read these files and get them back. There are important files and we need them badly.
