Hi,
I have gateway laptop.now i want to format it, but i am unable to format and install windows on it. In formatting by CD, It shows hard drive not found (in windows setup).I have chacked it’s BIOS setting related to HDD security, and jumper settings on harddrive. but I have not found any solution. kindly suggest me what can i do to install fresh window on this laptop.
