unable to install NIC adapter in sccm Win 7 boot x(64) image
Client: E430 Thinkpad notebook (Need to create image via sccm 07 R3)
Configured laptop image wth custom apps etc, created image via capture media. Uploaded to sccm server....have created OS image and configured all required boot images (x64) imported and packaged the required NIC and mass storage drivers .
Note: have no errors in sccm server setting and all distribution points have been updated.
after booting successfully into win pe environment fails with "invalid network adapter error" F8 reveals no ip address / cant ping out etc.
Logs reveal no network adpter is installed.
have mounted task sequence iso and cannot find any reference to nic drivers, checked sccm server and repackaged drivers even recreated 64 bit win 7 boot image ...no luck
tried to install drivers manually via drvload cmd line via pe disc but no luck.
Have checked all resources on line and double checked my sccm setup cannot locate where i am going wrong ...any help advise would be much appreciated.
thanks in advnce
