Unable to install Sony Picture Package onto a Packard Bell EasyNote R5 Lap Top running Windows XP. However it will install on other Lap Tops and PC’s.
It starts up InstallShield, goes through License Agreement appears to start and then just stops and InstallShield disapears off the task bar.
Any ideas?
