Unable To Locate Citrix Servers!

Hi;
We’re using Citrix Mwtaframe to Publish JDEdwards To remote users; After Upgrading the PDC from NT4 to Win 2000; we became unable to Add new citrix users; i.e when we install the Citrix Client; it cannot join the servers farm.
please Advise.
