I have one user in the domain that has begun to have problems with the login. No matter what host he uses for the login, he continuse to get the error message “unable to locate server copy of roaming profile ….”. In the DETAIL section of the message you see network name not found. The event applicatio log has a userev error with event ID 1521 and 1511. This is two separate messages in the application event log. The user as full permission on the folder and is the owner of the folder. \users\roaming profliles\%username% is the path or something close. How do I rebuild this profile. Also after the message box closes a second one pops up stating it is trying to use a local profile that can’t be found either.
