unable to open a folder (access denied)

I have deleted all the users permissions for a particular account including the owner (ie myself)in the security options for that folder .
Now i’m not able to open the folder and it says access denied .I’m owner of that folder ,but to deny permissions for others i have removed all the user names inclduing my name in the security options of that folder .Now i’m not able to access that eventhough i’m able to login with my username and password and i can see my personalized desktop .I want to open the folder ,I have removed all the options including allow inhertable permissons from parents to propagate to this object .
Please help as i’m not able to open the folder .
