There are 3 NT 4.0 (SP3)workstations on our Novell LAN that are unable to open Word and Execel files that are on the shared network drives. Users log on to Novell and NT and open the files (by selecting them from within explore or by opening them from within Office97), but the files appear blank.
Permissions are ok (they are able to open these files logged on as themselves from other NT workstations).
Tried reinstalling Office with no luck.
Any ideas?
