I have a Dell Optiplex 745 that will not power up. No disk or fan sounds. Power light is off and the light on the mother board is amber. When I press the power button there is a brief amber blink of light and then it stops. No beeps, no LED lights on the back. I have tried several outlets around the office and no luck. The monitor was plugged in same surge protector and showed power.
